Dimitris Paksoglou

Born in Piraeus, Greek Tenor, Dimitris Paksoglou studied at the National Superior School of Drama in Athens (Veaki) where he graduated with distinction. Alongside his theatrical studies, he graduated from Athens National Conservatory (Athenaeum) under the guidance of soprano Marina Krilovici and the Baritone Kostas Paskalis. He began his professional career as an actor (2002-2008) and worked in many theatres in Greece, including the ancient theatre of Epidaurus, Greek National Theatre and the Athens Megaron before deciding to concentrate on a career as a tenor. From September 2012 belonged to the ensemble of the National Opera of Greece.

Roles include: Radames Stade De France , Gustavo (Greek National Opera) , Des Grieux (Greek National Opera), Don José Teatro Pubblico Pugliese Bari; Athens Festival; Larisa Concert Hall, Alfredo Athens Festival, Greek National Opera, Turiddu Opera de Saint Etienne, Greek National Opera, Creonte Thessaloniki Opera, Danilo Danilovic Greek National Opera, Araquil Opera de Saint Etienne, Nobleman/ Watchman Opera Lorraine De Nancy, Mydas Greek National Opera.
