Haris Andrianos, baritone (Greece)
Haris Andrianos made his debut on the stage of the Greek National Opera in 1997 and ever since has performed in a number of the company’s productions. He has also appeared in important productions staged at both Athens and Thessaloniki Megaron Concert Halls. In 2000 he interpreted the role of Papageno during the Milan Summer Festival and was a member of the Bonn Opera House in 2008.
Ars longa, vita brevis
In August 2014 the ICMFC celebrated its 10th anniversary and the 150 years from the inauguration of Apollo Theatre of Hermoupolis, with a saying by Hippocrates of Cos (460 – c. 370 BC), an ancient Greekphysician of the Age of Pericles (Classical Greece), "Ars longa, vita brevis", an expression that perfectly describes what has been achieved in the festival's first decade.
