Leonardo Altino, cello (Brazil)

Leonardo Altino has performed with many acclaimed orchestras under the direction of conductors such as Elezar de Carvalho, Isaac Karabtchevisky, David Machado, Carl Saint-Clair, Mark Churchill, and Benjamin Zander. He teaches at the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis in Tennessee and has participated in many festivals around the world.

It has been over twenty years since Ana Lúcia and Leonardo, a mother-and-son duo, began performing together. They have performed in New York, Boston, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago (Chile) and many other cities in the U.S. and in Brazil.
